A RYSAVO Team Build — Live Example

FALYNN

Fairmont State Swimming and Diving • Maroon and White • NCAA DII

Falynn is a live, deployed mental performance companion built specifically for the Fairmont State Swimming and Diving program. Five roles. Four journey phases. Coach dashboard with pattern reading. Zero private content exposed to coaching staff.

This is what RYSAVO builds for your program. Not a demo. A deployed product in active use.

Five Roles

Everyone in the program has a lane.

Falynn is not a single chatbot. It is a role-based platform where every person in the program interacts with a version of Falynn built around their specific relationship to the team.

Athlete
The Swimmer
Private conversations. Session logs only the athlete can see. Mental performance support built around the Phlip framework. If something needs to be flagged to Coach, the athlete controls that decision.
Staff
Head Coach
Coach Snively gets a dashboard showing program-level patterns, not private content. Taper anxiety trends, confidence baseline, roster check-in rates. Enough to act on. Nothing that breaks trust.
Recruiting
Recruit
Incoming recruits get honest access to what the program is actually like. Falynn answers the questions they would ask a current swimmer at midnight before a decision deadline.
Family
Parents and Family
The family support system stays connected. Practice updates, meet schedules, how to support without overstepping. Built for the parent who drove four hours to every meet and now lives across the country.
Community
Alumni and Supporters
Former Falcons reconnect and mentor current swimmers. Officials, boosters, and supporters get a role that fits their relationship to the program without full team access.
Private
Coach Private Lane
Coach Snively has a private Falynn lane for individual athlete planning, sensitive program decisions, and season architecture that stays between Coach and the tool.
What Falynn Does

Mental performance infrastructure for the whole program.

Falynn is not a wellness app with a swimming theme. Every feature was built around how a competitive collegiate swim program actually operates.

01
Daily Check-In and Session Logging
Athletes log how they feel, how practice went, and what they are carrying. Over time those logs surface patterns that neither the athlete nor the coach could see in daily interactions.
02
Coach Note Broadcasting
Coach sends a note through Falynn. She delivers it to the right rooms with the right framing for each audience. Taper week message to the whole team. Individual check-in to a senior processing their last season.
03
Knowledge Editor
Coach teaches Falynn the program philosophy, key phrases, technique priorities, and mental performance frameworks. Falynn uses that knowledge in every swimmer conversation. The more Coach puts in, the sharper Falynn gets.
04
Red Flag System
When a swimmer needs more support than Falynn can hold, she asks if they want to flag Coach. The swimmer makes that call. Coach gets a notification. Nobody sees the private conversation that led to it.
05
Roster and Cut Time Tracking
Mountain East cuts, NCAA B standards, school records. Per swimmer. Coach sees who is on track, who is close, and what the team needs from a performance standpoint heading into championship season.
06
Taper and Meet Calendar
Practice schedule, meet schedule, fundraising, Saturday clinics. The whole team sees the same calendar. Falynn references it in conversations so athletes are never out of sync with where the season is.
How privacy actually works in Falynn
Coach sees patterns across the team. Coach never sees private conversations. When a swimmer talks to Falynn, that conversation belongs to the swimmer. If something rises to the level of a flag, the swimmer chooses whether to surface it. Coach is notified only that a flag exists, never what was said. This is not a policy statement. It is how the architecture works. There is no backdoor. There is no admin override. The privacy is structural.
Custom Team Licensing
Falynn is the Fairmont State build. RYSAVO builds this for any program that wants it. Your colors, your coach name, your philosophy, your privacy architecture. A Falynn built for your team is not Falynn. It is yours.

Built by
RYSAVO
Falynn was built by Chris Chance, founder of RYSAVO and a former NCAA Division I head coach and Hall of Fame swimmer. Every feature in Falynn came from a real problem on a real pool deck. This is not a tech company that discovered swimming. It is a swimmer who learned to build software.
